We operate from a private training gym in Peverell, Plymouth and also offer online training to those of you who live outside or are looking for extra guidance and support in your own gym.

The Lemon Frog Fitness Company isn’t your average personal training service, we don’t just train you in your sessions and then send you on your way. We go above and beyond to help all of our clients inside and outside of the gym. Nutrition and lifestyle habits have a huge impact on your results, but they’re also the hardest to get right. That’s why we go the extra mile to support you outside of the gym to.

You will be assigned to one of our trainers that will go the extra mile to help you achieve your results, ensure you feel supported, and give you that push you need.

Meet Louis

Founder & Head Trainer

I’m Louis and I’m the Founder and Head Trainer at The Lemon Frog Fitness Company.

I have dedicated the last 8 years of my life to helping people achieve their fitness and health goals. I fell in love with the gym when I was about 16, I started going because I had a serious lack of body confidence. I still remember the sense of achievement I had form my very first gym session and how proud I was that I had worked hard towards my goals.

I soon became incredibly interested in learning about the gym and would spend my evenings researching routines and exercises to help me get better results. A few months in people started noticing my results and asking what is was I was doing so I started helping them and giving advice.

This was the first time in my life I was really passionate about something and I loved helping and teaching people about it. It was from here I knew what I wanted my career to be in.

That’s why I built and dedicated The Lemon Frog Fitness Company to helping others achieve body confidence, strength and health.

Meet Ben

Personal Trainer

Ben started his fitness journey like many of you. He found it hard and overwhelming to get going. 

Ben said: I first entered the gym in my final year of school. I would walk from machine to machine with no clue what to do. From watching others in the gym, I learned a few things and my confidence started to grow. 

After just one year of training, I went to University, and I felt like I was back to square one. Everyone that entered the gym seemed to be a rugby player or weightlifter and seemed to take over the place. I felt like I didn’t belong or I should be there, which rocked my confidence.

However, I continued to go as I was determined to achieve the goals I had set myself and build my confidence. As I started to see progression, my confidence started to grow along with my enjoyment of training. To this day, I am so glad I continued because what developed into a hobby has turned out to be a career I love and am determined to continue progressing in.

I am incredibly passionate and determined to help people build their confidence in the gym and themselves. Too many people have struggled for far too long to lose weight and tone up, my mission is to help make that journey as simple and easy as possible for you.

MEET MICHAEL

Personal Trainer

I have been involved in sport all my life, from competing in trampolining all the way through to skateboarding which I still do to this day. I have recently transitioned into self-development, building my physique in the hope of one day doing a photoshoot. 

I am very driven and dedicated to helping every one of my clients smash and surpass their goals.

So whether you want to take your physique to the next level or want to build your confidence, I will be with you every step of the way.

My main focus will be on helping you reach your goals and providing you with the support you need outside of your gym sessions. You will receive my full attention when putting a specific plan together to reach your goals.

Meet Hannah

Personal Trainer

When I first began my fitness journey, I was an overweight and self-conscious teenager. The idea of stepping into a gym terrified me, and I felt lost and unsure about how to shed the excess weight I was carrying. However, through hard work, persistence, and dedication, I managed to lose 7.5 stone on my own by the age of 17. Along the way, I took the time to educate myself about healthy weight loss strategies and effective training methods to support my journey.

During this process, I discovered a passion for the gym and training—something I never thought possible. It’s incredible to reflect on how much anxiety the gym once caused me and how much I used to struggle with my weight. My weight loss journey transformed my life in countless ways: I’m now happier, more confident, and my mood and energy levels have skyrocketed.

More recently, I’ve faced the challenge of needing to gain weight due to medication that caused unintentional weight loss. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of both sides of the spectrum, from losing weight to gaining it in a healthy way.

Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent eight years working in social care, including residential care and disability day services. Eventually, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career. I wanted to help others who are in the position I once was, guiding them toward achieving their goals just as I did.

As a personal trainer, my biggest goal is to support my clients and help improve their lives. I pride myself on being empathetic and addressing both the emotional and physical aspects of their journeys. I love creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can leave their worries at the door and finish every session feeling stronger and mentally refreshed.
